Information:

In this class, students ages 3 and up will illustrate a working foundation of the professional industry in the cooking field. The students will learn to prep food, fruits, and vegetables. Students will also learn about how important it is to stay well hydrated, and that water is vital to our overall health. Students will learn to become proficient in healthy, easy meals or snack-prepping techniques and terminology. Also, while experiencing sensory skills, using their hands to feel hot, warm, and cold sauces and other ingredients. When the students are finished with the meal or snack, they will be able to identify the fruits, vegetables, and meats used in the production task while organizing and using time management.
